Housing.
The cost of housing has been rising steadily for years, and this trend is only getting worse. As a result, more and more people are struggling to afford a place to live. This is especially true for low-income families and individuals, who are often priced out of the market altogether.
As a career real estate professional and housing provider I’ve learned the system inside and out. The truth is that the county handcuffs those that have the means to help and puts money in the pockets of those that aren’t asking for it, myself included. This is not the fault of the county officials, or the cities, or the councils, this is a complicated issue that requires an actual expert.
